In this portion of the screen we can see an alternate way of viewing images (using the 'Detail' link near the top right, rather than the 'Thumbnail' link as in the previous screen.)

Hovering over a row produces a series of icons related to actions we can perform.

There is a "green light" which indicates the object is available to the site's systems. Clicking that would turn it red and hide the data. There is a trashcan to delete, and a pencil to edit. The green arrows will move the image into a folder. The calendar icon will let a user select the dates where the object is to be published to the site.

The most important of these actions is usually the paperclip. Just like in your email program, this implies attaching data together. We can use this action to attach the image to a page.
