This site collects the minimum required to operate. We do not run third-party advertising or behavioural trackers.
§ 1.0 What the brief form collects
When you submit a brief through the intake form, we receive the name, organisation, email, phone, and the brief text you provide. We use it only to review your enquiry and reply. We do not sell it, and we do not add it to a marketing list.
§ 2.0 Retention
Submitted briefs are retained for the duration of the review and any resulting engagement, then archived or deleted on request. To request deletion, email hello@tangle.ca.
§ 3.0 Server logs
Standard web-server logs (IP address, request time, user agent) may be retained briefly for security and diagnostics. They are not used to build a profile of you.
